When e-mailing, please leave us:

1. The make and model of your computer

2. Your Purchase Number

3. The version of DirectDVD you currently have on your computer

4. Any upgrades you may have recently done on your computer (eg. Windows 98 to ME or 2000 or NT- XP)

5. The graphics card you have (if you know)

6. What exactly is occurring with your computer when trying to play DVD’s.  Please be as specific as possible as it can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint if it is our software or other accessories surrounding the software that could be the issue.  Definitely leave us any error messages you are receiving.

 

Up and running 24 hours a day, the Technical Support Center (TSC) is the first point-of-contact for customer questions or other service interrupting technical problems.  In the event of a major software support session, the alternate facility can be quickly staffed to take technical E-mails from Orion Studios customers around the world.  Customer technical issues that cannot be resolved by the LAK are elevated to a higher status and are forwarded to the TEM for resolution.
