DirectDVD HD now has the Effects filters placed directly on the main Movie board. Once an Image capture has been placed- the filters can be used to manipulate the pictures. Future upgrades will include additional 3rd party filters- so please do use your upgrade manager to check for the latest release of the DirectDVD HD program!
Using the new Movie Art features in DirectDVD HD- you will see that some new advances have taken place over the past year. DirectDVD has implemented a more robust capture engine that allows special advance features. Using crop, exporting images that are defined by the user allows for a more Photoshop like feel in the art of capturing images from DVD. Captures can be saved to a multitude of file formats that far exceed even commercial graphics programs. You can use many of the over 50 filter effects and parameters to adjust your image settings, in the captures. The capture engine was designed to make things easier for the user, rather then just keeping the same old capture single Bitmap images. We feel that DirectDVD Movie Art will exceed your expectations on what a DVD capture program is all about!
ChannelOffset allows setting an offset for each channel. Where each channel is represented by 0=red, 1=green and 2=blue. ChannelOffset is useful also to increase or decrease luminosity (brightness)- you can use ChannelOffset to display the alpha channel as a black image, hiding all channels.
